Tracking your order
When your order ships, you should receive an automated email with a tracking number. If you haven’t seen this email, you may want to check your spam folder. You can also log into your account via the My Account page and check for order updates. We are always available for questions too, so please send us over an email if you have any questions at all about your order.
what firing schedule do I use?
All of my products and tutorials should link to the firing schedule that I recommend. All of the firing schedules that I use are readily available in the Library for anyone to use. In fact, please share, I am all about sharing!
Why can’t I call you? What is your phone #?
The thing is, I can either make orders, or answer phone questions. Most people would like to get their order asap, so that’s what I focus on. If you have fusing questions, please visit the Library for 150+ free tutorials, there’s probably an answer there. If you can’t find the answer you need, email me and I will do my best, your questions often lead to new tutorials, so don’t be shy!
can you make me a custom mold/stand?
I can easily do custom pin spacing for your stands. Other custom work is accepted on a case by case basis, and is dependent on current schedule and workload. Custom molds and stands tyically start at 3x retail. If you are interested in custom work, please let me know and we will go from there.

Why is custom work so expensive?
Your custom project is made by hand, one at a time. I do love to do custom work, but there are only so many hours in the day, so I do have to budget my time accordingly.
