Where’s my stuff?
I ship as fast as I can, but I’m a one person company, and there are only so many hours in the day. You can always contact me through the contact form and I will be happy to let you know where your order is at in the process. I routinely use both Fedex and USPS to ship products, I will use whichever is least expensive. If your package is damaged on arrival, please photograph the damage and contact the carrier. Contact me asap and I will ship out replacements to you.
Due to the extremely complicated international tax situation with VAT and tarriffs, I’ve opted to route all international orders through Etsy. International customers can order through the Etsy store: Jodi’s Glass With a Past. Maintaining two stores is a bit complicated, so I am adding all of the products to the Etsy store in stages. Most molds and stands are available now. If there is something you would like to order through Etsy that isn’t listed, please let me know and I will add it ASAP. As always, thank you for your patience!
As of 1/1/2022, I will no longer accept returns on molds that have been damaged in Microwave or Quickfire Kilns. My molds are not for use in these kilns, no exceptions!
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return it within 30 days in as new condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that I do not refund shipping. All return shipping is your responsibility.
Please package up your return carefully and ship to the return address on your invoice.
