Where’s my stuff?
We ship as fast as we can, but we are a very (very) small company, and there are only so many hours in the day. You can always contact us through the contact form and we will be happy to let you know where your order is at in the process. We thank you in advance for your patience, and for supporting tiny businesses.
We routinely use both Fedex and USPS to ship products, we will use whichever is least expensive. If your package is damaged on arrival, please photograph the damage and contact the carrier. Contact me asap and I will ship out replacements to you.
As of 1/1/2022, we will no longer accept returns on molds that have been damaged in Microwave or Quickfire Kilns. Our molds are not for use in these kilns, no exceptions!
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return it within 30 days in as new condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping. All return shipping is the your responsibility.
Please package up your return carefully and ship to the return address on your invoice.
