Workshop and Class Cancellations
Workshops and Classes can be cancelled without penalty up to 10 calendar days prior to the start of class. After that, a 50% penalty will apply. Registration can be transferred to another student up to 48 hours before class begins without penalty. If you need to cancel, please let Customer Service know, as there may be a waiting list.
Product returns/exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return it within 30 days in as new condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping. All return shipping are your responsibility.
International orders
Customers are responsible for local taxes duties, etc.
Digital Products and Downloads
Sales of digital products, patterns and downloads are final.

We only save information that you enter when you create an account or sign up for a mailing list. This information is used to service your account and to send you the email newsletter that you opted into.
