Description
Square 4″ x 4″ stand for large 4″ – 8″ circle artwork or up to 8″ x 8″ squares/rectangles. Sturdy and colorful stand base is made with 3form, a proprietary product made in Salt Lake City Utah using recycled materials. Through a variety of partnerships with reuse centers, including the Habitat for Humanity Restore, the off spec or slightly odd sheets are available to artists. This partnership brings a material that would normally be too expensive for display stands into an affordable range. And I love it!
Each sheet is cut down to size by me, in my shop in South Salt Lake City UT using electric table and chop saws. The stands are sanded, edged, drilled and equipped with stainless steel pins with a clear coat to protect your artwork. Stands are 3/8″ thick. The pins are spaced for 1/4″ (6mm) thick artwork. Pins can be spaced for other artwork thickness’ upon request. Stand is clear with black knotted cords embedded in the center. Pattern varies across stands, please see photos for details.
