Description
Fused glass art display stand made with 3form eco resin and stainless steel pins. Stand is recommended for circles of 9″ diameter or less, square or rectangle artwork that is a max of 8″ on the longest side.
3form is a proprietary plexiglass like product made in Salt Lake City Ut with recycled materials. 3form is used world wide in large scale installations and comes in a wide variety of colors patterns and sizes. The offcuts and non conforming colors are donated to local reuse organizations and resold for art and consumer use. I like it best as glass stands.
The large sheets of 3form are cut, sanded, edged, drilled and pins installed in my studio in Salt Lake City.
Stands are about 4″ x 4″ square (size may vary slightly). Pins are installed .75″ from either side. Pins are slightly flexible and will accommodate glass that is 5-7mm thick. Stand is .5″ thick and heavy for its size. Stand is a deep emerald green top with silver backing.
