Welcome!
I happened into the fused glass space in 2001 and combined a love of recycling with fusing and the rest is history. When I started there was very little information available about fusing with recycled glass, and I like to think I’ve helped change that. Problem solving is my happy place, and glass problems are my favorite flavor. Luckily for me there are still so many questions to be answered!

Fusing with Textured and Privacy Glass
Unsurprisingly, I get a lot of textured glass donated to the cause. It is pretty special, so people are more inclined to hang onto it until they find a home for it. The bad news is, it’s usually a pretty small piece so there isn’t a lot of room for error. There are...
Non Traditional Molds for Slumping

Bottle Bottom Plant Stakes Tutorial
Plant stakes are a huge seller in an annual show that I participate in, but I don’t usually make them. Well, I DO NOW!! Using recycled glass is tricky because I can’t just fuse on a glass spike, and I don’t really like fusing large gauge metal directly into glass, it...
